TV czarina Ekta Kapoor is in seventh heaven following the stupendous success of her production The Dirty Picture. She says producing TV shows makes her feel at home, while making films is almost like a vacation

"It's (TV) home ground. You might want to travel the world…you might say, that you love Paris, but Mumbai will always be Mumbai for you. So for me if you ask, television is Mumbai and films are like Paris," said the 36-year-old producer. "Doing films is like a great vacation, but I will come back to television," she added. Ekta, daughter of yesteryears' star Jeetendra, has produced films like Love Sex aur Dhokha, Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai, Shor In The City and Ragini MMS. She insists films are an experiment for her and help her understand TV better.

"Whatever I am today, is because of television. So all the emotional connect is with television. I am experimenting with films and enjoying the freshness of a film but it helps me understand television better. Whatever art of storytelling I have, is because of television," said Ekta, who is also co-producing Shootout at Wadala with Sanjay Gupta. The New Year is a busy time for her production house with films like Kyaa Super Kool Hai Hum, Rock The Shaadi and Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai 2 lined up for release.

With Dharma Production topping the satellite rights for the remade version of Agneepath; slated for release on the 26thof January, the vibes as to its phenomenal item number has started gathering grounds. The action packed bonanza centering on Hrithik and Priyanka, also includes a swaying item sequence.

The choreographic venture of Ganesh Acharya portrays the vibrantly sophisticated Katrina Kaif in a gyrating mode. In a week to follow, the Bollywood box- office is well slated for another outstanding release, the remade version of Mukul Anand's action packed bonanza- 'Agneepath'. While Hrithik will be stepping into the shoes of Big B as Vijay Dinath Chauhan; the villainous cast of Danny Denzongpa will be essayed by Sanjay Dutt. Actor Kajol says she's in a happy space right now and enjoying life

Actor Kajol, last seen in Toonpur Ka Superhero, says she is extremely happy with the way her life has shaped up and the doting mother of two can't stop gushing about her kids. "I am having a blast, I am having a great time, a fabulous time with my life right now. I have two wonderful kids, I am enjoying myself thoroughly. I am glowing because I am spending so much time with my kids," the 37-year-old said here while launching a bag store, Malaga Bespoke.The actor admits she is not considering any new projects for the time being, but hopes to be part of a good project in the near future. "I hope so (to do a film)… but only when the right time comes, when the right offer comes, not before that," said Kajol, who won the Filmfare award for best actress for her film My Name is Khan in 2010.

Kajol recently lent her voice for Karan Johar's Koochie Koochie Hota Hai, an animated version of her 1998 film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. She will also be seen in a guest appearance in Johar and Shahrukh Khan's co-production Student Of The Year.

Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza are ready to tie the knot Feb 3, and without revealing much more, the actress says the preparations are keeping the couple occupied.

"I'm in a very happy space right now. Preparations are going on in full swing," Genelia told here.

The couple has been dating each other for over eight years. In November 2011, Riteish, son of Mahrashtra's former chief minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, finally opened up about their relationship status.

"Earlier, we never spoke about our relationship. We maintained a distance and dignity, and now since we are getting married, it would be stupid if I don't talk about it," said Genelia, who made her Bollywood debut opposite her to-be-husband in "Tujhe Meri Kasam" in 2003.

On the big screen, they were last seen together in "Masti" in 2004, but they have now teamed up again for romantic comedy "Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya", releasing Feb 24.

Though Genelia remained tightlipped about the designer who is styling her for her D-day, and other pre-wedding celebrations, she said: "Wait and watch how it is going to be!"

According to reports, the duo will have a grand sangeet Jan 31, following which their close friends Sajid Nadiadwala and Fardeen Khan will throw a party for the couple a day before their wedding.

However, that hasn't deterred the leggy lass from joining the Chennai team of the celebrity cricket league as their brand ambassador. I must confess that cricket never interested me when I was kid nor in my teens. My dad used to watch the boring five-day long Test matches which seemed to go on and on.

But the IPL got me hooked onto cricket with its 20-20 game format, glamour and high drama. It's one tournament I follow religiously. The kind of hype cricket generates in India is enough to attract women.

He may have got a miniscule part to play the latest offering from the Mission Impossible franchise. However for his next biggie, Anil Kapoor made sure that his presence indeed qualifies as a big deal. Abbas-Mustan understood it as well and hence for Race 2, they have given Anil Kapoor one of the meatiest parts despite the film being a multi starrer.

"Anil Kapoor doesn't do too many films and since Race (2008), he has only done Tashan, Yuvvraaj and No Problem. That's an average of one film a year. Hence when Abbas-Mustan came to him with an idea of Race sequel, he had to be convinced that the role was indeed integral to the plot", informs a source.

Anil Kapoor's apprehension didn't quite come without any reasoning since in Race his character actually came only around the interval point. Though he did provide comic relief in the part of Robert D'Costa and also helped solve the mystery revolving around a crime, the film essentially belonged to Saif Ali Khan, Akshaye Khanna and Bipasha Basu.

"However, Anil Kapoor won't be playing second fiddle to anyone in the film", the source continues, "This time around he would be a part of Race 2 from beginning till the end. While John Abraham is the latest inclusion in this thrilling action drama and other newer characters played by Deepika Padukone, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ameesha Patel would also be joining in; Race 2 would begin exactly from the same point where Race ended."

In Race, characters played by Akshaye Khanna and Katrina Kaif had died in a car explosion and hence they are (but naturally) disposed off in the sequel. However, Bipasha Basu returns in a guest appearance along with Saif and Kapoor Sr.

Informs our insider, "The plot begins with Anil Kapoor and Saif dividing all the money between them. They become super rich but then there are some ghosts from the past that return to haunt them. Moreover newer characters only add to the intrigue. Since Anil Kapoor is also a partner in this perfect crime, he is not just the senior most amongst the lot but also runs the fastest in this 'race'."

When contacted, Abbas-Mustan refused to comment on the story. Said Abbas Burmawala, "How can you expect me to talk about the plot so early in the day? It is a suspense thriller after all and every actor is there because he/she is integral to the plot."

Now haven't we heard that before?

The warm weather in the country is expected to soothe Salman Khan's neurological condition. Kat's presence should help too

After two back-to-back stage performances, Katrina Kaif is all set to leave for Cuba, where a month-long shooting schedule of Kabir Khan's Ek Tha Tiger has been planned.

While no Hindi film has ever been shot there before, buzz is that the location has been chosen keeping in mind Salman Khan's neurological condition. The weather there is warm and will not affect Salman's health.

A source close to the project says, "Salman's neuro-condition which is not fully cured, was aggravated when he shot in the freezing cold in Ireland for the film some months ago. Kabir likes to shoot in difficult locations."

Incidentally, Salman will be performing some of the most intricate stunts of his career there. Apparently, it is being said that Katrina will keep an eye out for her former beau as he continues with his daredevil stunts.

Says a friend of the actress, "Their relationship has now gone to another level where he continues to look out for her, and she for him. While they'll be shooting in Cuba she will be keeping an eye on his health."

When contacted, Katrina states, "I'll be gone for quite a while. I've never been to Cuba before. It sounds exciting."

Mischievous Amit (Sharman Joshi) and shy Jai (Manish Nagpal) are two small town boys who come down to Mumbai for admission in Dhariwal College. To his credit, Amit ends up in a jam when he teases Neha (Raima Sen) and Nisha (Ria Sen) on the very first day of college and manages to drag poor Jai into this mess too. They are brought in front of principal Shalini Devi (Himani Shivpuri) and somehow manage to keep their admission in the college intact. But their biggest problem is that they don't get a room in the college hostel. Not being very affluent, the boys can't just go to a hotel or rent a furnished flat for the duration of college. They employ the help of an estate agent, who finds them a client who rents out a room in her house for cheap, the only condition being: no single men allowed, only families/married couples. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Jai is transformed into Jaya and Amit is the lucky husband. When the tenant couple goes to meet their landlady, they stand dazed to find out that it is their college principal Shalini Devi. Innocent to the con, Shalini Devi agrees to allow this couple in her home. The double whammy for the "couple" arrives when, the next morning, Amit and "Jaya" find out that Shalini Devi has two neices.... The very two beautiful girls they got into trouble with in college: Neha and Nisha.

Now starts the real confusion of romance and love. Amit falls madly in love with Neha but she of course doesn't look at him because according to her he is married. Nisha falls hard for Jai in college without knowing that he is playing wife "Jaya" to Amit. On the other hand Jai refuses to indulge her advances as he wants to sincerely concentrate on his studies and make his parents proud.

The whole college is exasperated with Principal Shalini Devi's autocracy and strictness so both Amit and Jai involve their professor Deepak Verma in a crazy plan. The encourage Deepak to have an affair with Shalini. They think that love can change everything and if Shalini falls for Deepak then maybe she will become softer and loving towards the whole world in general. Amit and Neha coach Deepak in the matters of the heart and love.
